All serviced items from outside the Queenstown area will be returned via courier, cost included in service price.
Items purchased via the website will be sent via courier NZ wide. Postage charges are -
Small items (shocks, small parts etc) $10 overnight.
Large items (forks etc) $25 overnight.
Postage charges will be applied during checkout.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your product for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be in original undamaged packaging with the original purchase receipt.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Upgrade/performance kits that have been fitted by us or your self (example Vorsprung Tractive Kit or Andreani ProImacts) are a non refundable once installed/used. If you are not happy with the performance of the upgrade we will do as much as we can to help you out.
Services and labour are non refundable.
If an item fails due to damage after purchase we can not honour a exchange, store credit or refund.
