Once we receive the item we will allocate a slot the same day (if not the next) for it to be worked on, we do this to reduce the turnaround time.
If parts are required we will contact the customer directly to work out the best way to proceed.
Once the job is complete -
Your store will be invoiced and the item will be couriered back directly to your store. The return courier fee included in the cost of the service.
Once you have received the item back to your store please follow your manager's instructions on how to proceed. The RRP will be attached to each item shown on a tag, and by email to the workshop address.
